I’m Martin, a 28-year-old software developer from the UK, dad of two, and lifelong gaming enthusiast. For as long as I can remember, video games have been my go-to way to unwind and recharge. Alongside gaming, music plays a huge role in my life—Eminem, in particular, has been my obsession for over 20 years!

Creating Martin’s Reality Escape was born out of my love for gaming and content creation. While past attempts were interrupted by life’s twists—marriage, divorce, university during the COVID era, and fatherhood—I decided to take a fresh leap into it. This time, my mission is clear: gaming is my escape from life’s hectic pace, and I share that experience to help others find their own moments of relaxation and joy. Whether it’s through nostalgic classics like Fallout or high-energy matches in Call of Duty, I blend fun gameplay with genuine storytelling.

This channel and community are all about shared moments of escapism. We all need our outlets, and for me, that’s gaming and making videos.
